europa, cept, norden & sepac stamps information blog
Hi,Michel online indicates europa 2005 and 2006 issues of Azores and Madeira also exist in booklet form. Do you have any confirmation of this fact? I have checked ctt.pt, yet could not spot any items of that sort in stock.Regards.
Portugal, the Azores and Madeira didn't issue any booklet in 2005 and 2006. Maybe you are mixing the code "BL" which means "block" = "souvenir-sheet" in Germand with booklet !?Regards.
Thanks for the follow up. I do use your blogroll also to keep updated, very good job indeed you've taken on. I do follow www.michel.de to keep updated on market prices and issue formats. They updated recently the online catalogue. For Azores it states as follows:MiNr. 506 Portugal Azoren 2005, 5. Mai. Europa: Gastronomie. Odr., Bogen (5x10) und Markenheftchen; gez. K 14:13.25MiNr. 516 Portugal Azoren 2006, 9. Mai/Dez. Europa: Integration. Odr., Kleinbogen (Klb.) (4x2) und Markenheftchen (MH); A = gez. K 12:12.5, C = 12:11.75 And for Madeira:MiNr. 233 Portugal Madeira 2005, 5. Mai. Europa: Gastronomie. Odr., Bogen (5x10) und Markenheftchen; gez. K 14:13.25 MiNr. 257 Portugal Madeira 2006, 9. Mai/Dez. Europa: Integration. Odr., Kleinbogen (Klb.) (4x2) und Markenheftchen (MH); A = gez. K 12:12.5, C = gez. K 12:11.75 I'm not sure of 2005 issues, but Michel definitely indicates that in Dec 2006, both Azores and Madeira stamps were on the counter in booklet form with different perforations. Since I don't have the printed catalogue, I don't know what sort of booklet pane layout to be expected (how many stamps etc.)Anyway I will check this fact with my stamp dealer, as I collect all issue formats except sheetlets. Thanks again for the quick response.Regards,P.S. My email address : firstname.lastname@example.org by the way.
