    The image you are linking to, is of unofficial stamp issue of the independist Georgian province, South Ossetia. You have several unofficial Europa stamps issue on sale on the web. Also from Abkhasia, Dniepr Republic, etc.
    Concerning the Netherlands, I received this confirmation directly form the Dutch postal administration.
