Yes, when you buy one piece but if you buy 2 pieces or more it's 2,70 euro per piece. I have here a list of the stamps that will be released in 2010 and there I read: 'Blaadje van 2 zegels: 5,40 euro' (Eng: Sheet of 2 stamps: 5,40 euro).
I can confirm that this sheet will cost 5.40 euro... Regards

@ razzman : you can buy them from the Belgian philatelic bureau (link on the right) or on auction websites as Delcampe or ebay...
