I am quite amazed how you can get a Stamp for September 2014 when it is only August of 2014. I have looked at the online stamp catalogue for Luxembourg and they do not yet have the stamp you have shown here. Your advanced posting of a stamp yet to be released at least gives collectors a heads up on what to expect. Although I am not really into collecting plant themed stamps, the Sepac 2014 issue still looks quite unique.
