The topic of "Postal Vehicles" is not exactly up my alley, but I definitely like the Belarusan "H" value stamp. The postal van is passing between a Catholic Church, communist-type high rise blocks of flats and an Orthodox Church : a good sum-up of the country. Very good conception!
