Guernsey announced on their Twitter account, that they won the most beautiful 2016 SEPAC stamp contest !
Guernsey wins for the first time this contest.
According to the contest page on the offical Sepac website :
Guernsey wins with 344 votes
Jersey is second with 328 votes
Liechtenstein is third with 168 votes
The Faroe Islands won last year. Åland won in 2014, Greenland won in 2013 and the Faroe Islands won the first two contests, in 2007-09 and 2011.
