a postal stationery is also issued (0.65 BGN)

NOTE - looks like a version of those stamps and souvenir-sheet also exists with a "0.00" value ! Those stamps are with imitating perforations, have perforated numbers and are printed on a paper with no gum/glue in only 500 copies of each. It is not known as those "stamps" are tests produced by the Bulgarian post or fake stamps produced by private persons.
